WHAT ARE THE SERVICES OF A WEDDING PLANNER?
Weddings Planners take care of organizing and coordinating your wedding day. We can start from scratch or support you only with the coordination of the wedding day. We represent you during the event, we control all the suppliers, we solve any unforeseen event, we confirm guests, we recommend the right suppliers, in short ... We make sure that everything goes perfect.
HOW DO YOU FIND VENUE CHOICES FOR EVERY COUPLE?
The first thing we do when we start our service is look for options of places to present them. We base our choices on the style of your wedding, number of guests, weather, tentative date and above all, your budget. We always show you options that work for you.
HOW DO YOU SOLVE ANY UNFORESEEN PROBLEM THAT MAY COME UP DURING THE WEDDING?
Each wedding has a detailed and prepared PLAN B. We always discuss half of that PLAN B with the couple, and the other half is held by our entire team. We carry a big emergency kit that has everything we might need, from scissors to fake rings, in case we need to come up with quick solutions. When it comes to larger problems, we are certified Wedding Planners and are trained to deal with plenty of situations.
The tranquility and security of our bride and groom and their guests is the most important thing for us.
HOW MANY TIMES DO WE TALK OR MEET DURING THE PLANNING PROCESS?
It depends on the time we have to plan and your availability.
However, we see each other as many times as are necessary for you. We are in contact with you throughout the planning, and if you need to have a coffee with us to review everything in detail, or simply to make changes, we are available for you.
DO WE NEED TO PAY AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR YOU TO RSVP OUR GUESTLIST?
No. All of our services include confirming guests RSVP. We have no hidden costs.

WHAT IS A BOUTIQUE WEDDING?
Boutique weddings are those that represent a personalization in each element of the event, and are a spectacular experience for your guests. From the food, to the Table Styling and the design, they are designed exclusively for each couple. We do not have a minimum or maximum number of guests.
